Luke Combs' Second Lambeau Field Concert Tonight in Green Bay
Luke Combs' Concert at Lambeau Field: A Big Event for Fans
Luke Combs kicked off the first of his back-to-back concerts at Lambeau Field in Green Bay on Friday night with an energetic performance that had the 40,000-plus attendees cheering. This marks a historic moment as Combs is the first music act to perform two nights in a row at Lambeau Field and the first since Paul McCartney in 2019.
On Saturday, fans were already lining up at the gates by 2:30 p.m., despite the 80-degree midday temperatures. Sophie Case and her friend traveled from Massachusetts to experience the concert and see Lambeau Field firsthand. They are in the pit, where their entire day's plan is to wait in line and get as close to Combs as possible.
As people made their way to Lambeau Field, the scene was filled with cowboy boots, denim, and more than one Coors Light shirt. Among the crowd were big Luke Combs fans who were tailgating. Scott Smith has seen Combs twice at the Resch Center, while Marcus Gollabay has seen him three times, including last night via last-minute tickets. Both are from Michigan. "I drove 165 miles to see Luke," Smith said, "and I would've driven 465 miles to see Luke."
