Authorities across the CSRA are urging the public’s assistance in locating several missing individuals. The search efforts involve multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, and others, as they work to find those who have gone missing in recent months. Each case has unique details that could help locate the missing persons, and residents are encouraged to come forward with any information.

Salem Mitchell Carpenter
Salem Mitchell Carpenter, 14, was last seen on May 16 at 11:00 a.m. on Ashmore Barden Road heading toward Augusta Highway. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds. If anyone spots him, they should contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office immediately.

Maliyah Stewart
Maliyah Stewart, 14, was last seen on May 15 at approximately 6:30 a.m. on the 2800 block of Meadowbrook Drive walking toward her school bus. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. Christina Mims
Christina Mims, 35, was last seen on May 13 around 12:30 a.m. on the 3900 Block of Byrd Road. According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, she was last seen wearing a black top, black pants, and a brown belt. She was also seen getting into a gray mid-sized Kia Sedan with a white male, possibly named Dylan. Any information about her whereabouts should be reported to the same numbers.

Alise Williams

Juilianna Wadley, 14, was last seen on May 13 at 2 a.m. leaving her home on the 2700 block of Lakewood Drive. She is 4 foot 11 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. Deshawn Brawner

Yolanda Apker, 65, was last seen leaving from the 1600 Block of Greenway Drive on May 10 at approximately 1 p.m. She is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. Apker has a history of dementia, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. She was wearing a blue jacket and dark-colored pants. Cheyenne Madubuike
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Cheyenne Madubuike, 29. She was last seen near the 1300 Block of Greene Street on May 6. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. Gerald Maddox
Burke County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Gerald A. Maddox, who was last seen in Augusta on Monday, May 4. He was reportedly traveling in a green GMC Yukon XL bearing Georgia tag CAE 9169. Seleste Briannia Lomax was last seen on April 27 on the 1200 block of Long Cane Road in Johnston. She is described as highly functioning autistic, and her family is very concerned about her safety. Savannah Daniels
Savannah Daniels, 16, was last seen on April 23 on the 3500 block of Jonathan Circle. Deputies say she is known to frequent the areas of Fashion Drive, Old Louisville Road and Mike Padgett Highway. Yow is 5’3” and weighs approximately 116lbs and was last seen wearing a black tank top and black pants. She is known to change the color of her hair frequently and also has a tattoo of a butterfly behind her right ear. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in searching for 17-year-old Jermaine Wesby. He was last seen in the 1800 block of Fayetteville Drive around 10:00 a.m. on April 10. Officials say he may be in Thomson, Georgia. Wesby is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall; he weighs 140 pounds. Lamerele Ann Bailey
Lamerele Bailey, 63, was last seen in December 2025 in the area of the 2100 block of Walton Way, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. Officials say Bailey is homeless but is normally found downtown and does not have any known medical conditions. According to the report, on March 16, her niece reported her missing, stating the family had not heard from her in four months. The niece said Bailey is known to be in multiple romantic relationships with whom she would live with. The niece said Bailey is an Army veteran who frequents the VA, but recent records show no record of Bailey being treated. Jimmy Green
Jimmy Green, 70, was last seen April 3 at approximately 12 p.m. leaving from the 4100 block of Powell Mill Road in his vehicle in an unknown direction. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. Green was driving a Toyota Avalon with a Georgia tag of GBN479. Marcys “Marcus” Johnson
Marcys “Marcus” Johnson, 54, was last seen on April 3, leaving 2820 Peach Orchard Road (Bank of America), walking toward Doug Bernard Parkway, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Officials say at the time, he was headed to work on foot, but is now believed to be a danger to himself, his wife said in their last communication. He was last seen wearing a blue Board of Education mechanic’s uniform with orange reflective tape down the sides of the shirt and pants and was wearing a ball cap of an unknown color, according to the agency. Gerald “Scott” Weathers went missing on Feb. 27, 2024, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. Weathers is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Deputies say at 8:14 a.m., they responded to the block of 2100 Ellis St. for a missing person and spoke to Weathers’ brother. Crews is an unhoused woman who was reported missing by a family member after receiving third-party information that she had not been seen recently. Crews is described as being 4 foot 10 inches to 5 foot 1 inches tall and weighing between 140 and 160 pounds. Officers say Crews has black hair and hazel eyes. The Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the disappearance of Raymond Solomon Burke, also known as “Ray” Burke, of Stillmore, Georgia. He was reported missing on or about September 24, 2024, during Hurricane Helene. His whereabouts remain unknown at this time.
